Singapore Style BBQ Lamb Ribs
Ingredients
5 weight meaty lamb riblets
2 quarts water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup tamarind concentrate
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon home grated ginger
1 teaspoon sambal oelek (fresh soup paste)
5 cloves smashed garlic
1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
Preparation
Place lamb ribs around large saucepan. Cover by using water and the 1/3 cup soy sauce. Bring that will a boil; decrease warm along with simmer 10 minutes. Drain in addition to allow cool.
Preheat oven to help 350F (175C). Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Coat each one rib using sauce; manage about cooking sheet. Roast 10 minutes.
